If you are unhappy with our services, please call us for the refunds. Refunds will be in the forms of gift certificates or similar services. No cash will be refunded.
For nail extension services, if you have broken nails within 1 week, we will be happy to fix your nails. With broken nails after 1 week, extra charges will be considered. Shellac services will have the same policy.
Since our instruments are well-serilized, we won't be responsible for any infection from removing ingrown nails if you request our techs to do it. However, we will be happy to assist you if you experience any problems from ingrown nails.
